Marina Piccinini

Flutist Marina Piccinini has been playing Michael's music for nearly 30 years. She commissioned his "Wild Riot of the Shaman's Dreams" for solo flute; "A Flute in the Kingdom of Drums and Bells" for flute and percussion quartet; and "Crossworlds" for flute, piano and orchestra, which she premiered with her husband Andreas Haefliger and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
